Healthy Dates Ladoo


I wanted to try some healthy snack for kids and then came up with this dates ladoo recipe. This ladoo is really delicious and powered with all healthy ingredients. This ladoo can be had guilt free as it has no sugar:)No further delay, we will directly go to the recipe.

Ingredients:
  • Pitted dates - 1 cup
  • Cashew -1/2 cup
  • Almond -1/2 cup
  • Coconut powder - 1/4 cup
  • Rasins -2 tbsp
Yields: 15 ladoos

Recipe:
1. Powder cashew and almond to a coarse powder.


2. Heat a sauce pan and add 1 tbsp ghee.Dry roast cashew, almond
powder,  coconut powder and raisins. 

                       

3.Roast all for around 5 minutes till the raw smell leaves and when it starts to give a nice aroma of roasted nuts.
                          

4.Cool down the mixture. Grease your hands with little ghee and roll into small ladoo shaped balls.
                        

Healthy Dates ladoo is ready.



It can be stored at room temperature for 1 week.
