Egg Roast

Ingredients:
Egg - 4
Oil - 1 or 2 tbsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Onion - 2
Ginger - 1 tbsp (1 inch piece)
Tomato - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Recipe:
- Boil water in a vessel.
- Once it reaches the boiling temperature, add a tsp of salt and place the eggs carefully.
- Let it boil for 10 minutes.
- Remove the eggs and add plain water.
- Leave it for 5 minutes.
- Now remove the shell, place the eggs on a plate and keep it aside.
- Now in a pan, add little oil.
- Add mustard seeds. Let it splutter.
- Add few curry leaves and thinly sliced onions
- Saute this until translucent.
- Add little salt while cooking onions to fasten the process.
- Add finely chopped ginger and mix well.
- Add in finely chopped tomato and saute until mushy.
- Now add turmeric and chilly powder and mix for around 1 minute.
- Add little water required salt and simmer for around 5 minutes.
- Make a slight cut on the boiled eggs and place those on the masala and give a mix.
- Easy, tasty egg roast is ready !
