Besan Ladoo

Ingredients:
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Chopped nuts - 1/4 cup
Besan flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/3 to 1/2 cup
Cardamom - 2
Recipe :
- In a pan, add ghee and roast the nuts until brown.
- Remove and keep it aside.
- In the same pan, add gram flour and roast at medium flame until it gives a nice aroma.
- Usually it takes around 25-30 minutes. Take care not to burn.
- At this stage, ghee starts oozing out and it gives a good nutty aroma.
- Remove from stove and let it cool down completely.
- Meanwhile powder sugar and cardamom in a mixie jar and keep it ready.
- Once the flour cools down, add powdered sugar and mix well using hands.
- It all comes together. Take a small portion and shape into round balls.
- Delicious besan ladoo is ready!
