Healthy chana salad

Ingredients:
Boiled chana dhal - 1 cup
Chopped tomato - 1/2 cup
Chopped cucumber - 1/2 cup
Grated carrot - 1/2 cup
Chopped capsicum - 1/2 cup
Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Recipe:
- Soak chana dhal for 4-5 hours.
- Boil it in a pressure cooker until soft.
- Add boiled chana to a bowl.
- Add grated carrot, chopped tomato, cucumber, capsicum, coriander leaves.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add chaat masala and juice of half small sized lemon.
- Mix well and serve.

Notes:
- If you like the taste of onions, you can finely chop and add it to your salad.
