Badam Milk
In this post, let’s see how to make badam milk. Badam milk is a healthy drink which is prepared by boiling milk with ground almond paste. For sweetness, sugar is added. Ingredients:
Almond - 1/4 cup
Milk - 2 1/2 cup
Saffron strands - few
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Recipe:
- Soak almonds in hot water for around 15 minutes.
- Remove the skin.
- Add the almonds into a mixer.
- Add milk and grind it to a fine paste.
- Keep it aside.
- Add 2 cups of milk in a vessel.
- Bring it to boil.
- Reduce the flame to low.
- Now add ground almond mixture, few strands of saffron, cardamom powder and sugar.
- Mix well.
- Simmer and boil for around 10 minutes.
- Delicious badam milk is ready! Serve it hot or cold as per your taste.
