In this post, let’s  see how to make badam milk. Badam milk is a healthy drink which is prepared by boiling milk with ground almond paste. For sweetness, sugar is added. The yellow colour of the badam drink is due to saffron strands. Friends, do give a try to  this delicious badam milk recipe and share your valuable feedback.


Ingredients:

Almond - 1/4 cup

Milk - 2 1/2 cup

Saffron strands - few

Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

Sugar - 1/4 cup


Recipe:

  1. Soak almonds in hot water for around 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the skin.
  3. Add the almonds into a mixer.
  4. Add milk and grind it to a fine paste.
  5. Keep it aside.
  6. Add 2 cups of milk in  a vessel.
  7. Bring it to boil.
  8. Reduce the flame to low.
  9. Now add ground almond mixture, few strands of saffron, cardamom powder and sugar.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Simmer and boil for around 10 minutes.
  12. Delicious badam milk is ready! Serve it hot or cold as per your taste.
