Chia seed pudding
Chia seeds are tiny black coloured seeds which are rich in fibre, antioxidants, minerals and omega 3 fatty acid. This is an easy and also a healthy pudding. Friends, do give a try and share your valuable feedback.
Serve: 2
Ingredients:
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Chia seed - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
Chopped apple - 1/4 cup
Chopped banana - 1/4 cup
Chopped Almond - 1 tbsp
Recipe :
- Soak chia seed in coconut milk along with sugar, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence.
- Refrigerate it for 3 hours.
- Prepare caramelised almonds by mixing sugar with little water in a pan.
- Boil until the sugar caramelises.
- Add chopped almonds and mix well.
- Remove from stove and spread it on a plate.
- Layer the serving cup or jar with soaked chia seed and chopped fruit of you choice alternating with each other.
- Finally garnish with carameized almonds.
- Serve chilled.
