Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 1 cup

Baking powder - 2 tsp

Sugar - 3 tbsp

Salt - 1/4 tsp

Egg - 1

Milk - 1 cup

Melted butter - 3 tbsp





Recipe:

  1. In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, mix well and keep aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, add egg and beat well using a hand whisk.
  3. Add milk, melted butter along with egg and mix well.
  4. Now add wet ingredients to dry and mix everything well.
  5. Heat a pan, grease with little oil.
  6. Pour in a ladle full of batter.
  7. Keep the flame in medium.
  8. Cook until you see bubbles on top.
  9. Flip over the side and cook on both sides.
  10. Remove from flame.
  11. Stack one pack over the other.
  12. Top it with fresh fruits of your choice, drizzle it with honey and serve.
  13. Tasty and hot pancakes are ready to be served.


Serving suggestions:

  1. You can also serve it with whipped cream or chocolate syrup.
