In this post, let’s see how to make atta ke ladoo/ wheat ladoo.


Atta ladoo is a quick and a healthy ladoo which is made using wheat flour, sugar and ghee. Here in this recipe, I have used brown sugar but if you want you can use white sugar also. To add up the nutrients value, I have added nuts. Adding nuts is purely optional and you can increase or decrease as per once’s taste.

Serves : 20 ladoo


Ingredients :

Cashewnut - 1/4 cup

Almond - 1/4 cup

Pistachio - 1/4 cup

Cardamom - 10 pods

Sugar - 3/4 cup

Ghee - 3/4 cup

Wheat flour - 3 cups





Recipe:

  1. In a mixie jar, add cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, cardamom pods and sugar.
  2. Grind it to a fine powder and keep it aside.
  3. Now in a kadai, add ghee and wheat flour.
  4. Fry the flour at low to medium flame.
  5. Initially the flour looks dry, but after roasting it for around 15-20 minutes, the ghee starts releasing slowly . 
  6. At this stage, remove it from stove.
  7. Add powdered mixture to this and mix well.
  8. When it is warm enough, grease the hands with little ghee.
  9. Take a small portion of it and shape into round balls.
  10. Our easy and healthy atta ladoo is ready to taste.
