Rava ladoo
Rava ladoo is one of the easy ladoos and can be made in maximum 15 minutes time. Friends, do give a try to this easy recipe and share your valuable feedback.
Yields- 10-12 ladoo
Ingredients:
- Coarse white rava/ semolina - 1 cup
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cashews - 10-15
- Raisins - 10-15
Recipe :
- Dry roast the rave at medium flame for around 5 minutes.
- Transfer it to a bowl.
- Now in a mixie jar, add sugar and grind it to a fine powder.
- Add this powdered sugar to the roasted rava.
- Add little cardamom powder for flavour.
- Mix well with a spoon.
- In a separate pan, add ghee.
- Fry cashews and raisins in ghee and add it to the rava mixture.
- Mix everything well with a spoon.
- When it’s warm enough, mix it with hand.
- Add little milk and shape it into small round balls.
- Tasty and easy rava ladoo is ready to enjoy !
Notes:
1. In this recipe, I have used coarse rava. If the rava is not fine/coarse, you can just pulse in a mixie jar once after roasting.
