 Rava ladoo



Rava ladoo is one of the easy ladoos and can be made in maximum 15 minutes time. Friends, do give a try to this easy recipe and share your valuable feedback.


Yields- 10-12 ladoo


Ingredients:

  • Coarse white rava/ semolina - 1 cup
  • Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee - 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp 
  • Cashews - 10-15
  • Raisins - 10-15



Recipe :

  1. Dry roast the rave at medium flame for around 5 minutes.
  2. Transfer it to a bowl.
  3. Now in a mixie jar, add sugar and grind it to a fine powder.
  4. Add this powdered sugar to the roasted rava.
  5. Add little cardamom powder for flavour.
  6. Mix well with a spoon.
  7. In a separate pan, add ghee.
  8. Fry cashews and raisins in ghee and add it to the rava mixture.
  9. Mix everything well with a spoon.
  10. When it’s warm enough, mix it with hand.
  11. Add little milk and shape it into small round balls.
  12. Tasty and easy rava ladoo is ready to enjoy !
Notes:
1. In this recipe, I have used coarse rava. If the rava is not fine/coarse, you can just pulse in a mixie jar once after roasting.
