Ribbon pakoda

Ingredients:
Rice flour - 1 cup
Gram flour - 1/2 cup
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Hing - a generous pinch
Salt - as required
Butter - 1 tsp
Oil - for deep frying
Recipe :
- In a bowl, add rice flour, gram flour, chilly powder, hing, salt, butter and mix well.
- Add water little by little and knead it to soft dough.
- Now grease the pressing stand with oil.
- Roll the dough into cylindrical shape and fill inside the stand.
- Now press the dough using the stand directly into hot oil .
- When one side is fried well, turn it over to the other.
- When the oozing sound of oil stops, take it out and drain in a tissue paper.
- Crispy and easy ribbon pakoda / seeval is ready !
