SOFT RAGI CHAPATHI | HOW TO MAKE RAGI CHAPATHI


 Nowadays many of us are searching for recipes to include  healthy ingredients in our diet. This is one such recipe . In this video , we will see how to make soft chapathi using ragi flour. Trust me , these chapathi comes out really soft , even kids will love to eat . This goes well with  any veg or non veg  gravy like normal chapathi . Ingredients :

Water - 1 cup

Salt - as required

Oil - 2 tbsp

Ragi flour - 1 cup 


Recipe :

  1. Boil water in a vessel .
  2. Add required salt and a tbsp of oil in the water .
  3. When it starts boiling, add ragi flour to it .
  4. Reduce the flame to low  and mix well until it all combines together to form a dough.
  5. Switch off the stove and let it cool down for 5 minutes.
  6. Once it’s cooled enough, take a small lemon size portion.
  7. Roll it well and dust in some ragi flour .
  8. Now using rolling pin, flatten it to round shape.
  9. To get proper shape , you can also use a lid to cut into round shape( optional).
  10. Now toast on hot tawa by drizzling little oil.
  11. Flip and cook both sides.
  12. Soft ragi chapathi is ready ! It goes well with any vegetable kurma or chana masala.
