Wheat Parotta

Ingredients:


  • wheat flour- 2 cups
  • salt- 1/4 tsp
  • sugar -1 tsp
  • yogurt - 1 tbsp
  • oil -1 tbsp
  • water - as required

Recipe:
  1. Take all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add yogurt,oil and required water and knead it to a smooth dough.
  3. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Knead it again well and let it rest for 2 hours.
  5. After 2 hours, make small lemon size balls out of the dough.
  6. Make circle shaped chapathi using a roller.
  7. Spread little ghee on it.
  8. Fold it as shown in the video.
  9. Flatten it again using a roller.
  10. Cook it on a hot tawa by drizzling little ghee over it.
