Ingredients:
- wheat flour- 2 cups
- salt- 1/4 tsp
- sugar -1 tsp
- yogurt - 1 tbsp
- oil -1 tbsp
- water - as required

Recipe:
- Take all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add yogurt,oil and required water and knead it to a smooth dough.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Knead it again well and let it rest for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, make small lemon size balls out of the dough.
- Make circle shaped chapathi using a roller.
- Spread little ghee on it.
- Fold it as shown in the video.
- Flatten it again using a roller.
- Cook it on a hot tawa by drizzling little ghee over it.
