RAGI MALT |RAGI DRINK

Ragi malt is a very healthy drink for adults as well as for  kids. It is also given as baby food for newly born babies. 



I usually give my kids health mix drink which is a mixture of many healthy grains. But once when health mix got over, I tried with ragi flour. As I have never tried many recipes with ragi, I was little worried whether kids would like it. But to my surprise , my kids loved it and then on it was in our morning breakfast drink menu. My kid used to have it after sometime and used to say it tastes like pudding. Now lets see how to make it.

Ingredients:

Ragi flour - 3 tbsp Water - 2 cups Milk - 1/2 cup Jaggery powder - 3 tbsp

Recipe :

1. Mix ragi flour and water in a bowl without any lumps . 2. Boil it at medium flame until thickens . 3. Add milk and boil it . 4. Finally add jaggery powder for sweetness. 5. Garnish with chopped almonds . 6. Enjoy healthy ragi malt !
