BLUEBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE


Smoothie is always a healthy option for kids as well as adults. It is made by blending any fruit with either milk or yogurt. The ingredients can be varied as per each one's taste. Here I had made blueberry banana smoothie. Blueberry goes well with banana because the sour taste of the blueberry is subsided by the sweet taste of banana. No extra sugar or honey is required if we use ripe banana. Let's check out  the recipe.

                             

Ingredients:

Blueberry - 1 cup Banana - 1 Milk - 1 cup

The way I make :

1. Put together blueberry , banana and milk in a mixer. 2. Blend until it gives smooth creamy texture . 3. Healthy blueberry banana smoothie is ready!

Notes :

1. For extra sweetness , you can add a tbsp of honey . 2. You can also replace milk with yogurt for rich creamy texture .
