Smoothie is always a healthy option for kids as well as adults. It is made by blending any fruit with either milk or yogurt. The ingredients can be varied as per each one's taste. Here I had made blueberry banana smoothie. Blueberry goes well with banana because the sour taste of the blueberry is subsided by the sweet taste of banana.
