Mango mousse is an easy recipe with just 3 main ingredients in hand. Mousse is a french dessert, with a light airy texture. It was my long time wish to make a perfect one. This time it was successful and near to perfect. The key note is that the mangoes should be fully ripe and sweet. No more delay, let's go into the recipe.
Mango Mousse recipe
Ingredients:
- Large Mango - 1
- Unsweetened Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Whipping Cream - 200 gm
Recipe:
- Cut the mangoes into small pieces and add it to the blender.
- Add condensed milk and sugar to it.
- Blend it well in a mixer.
- In a bowl, add Whipping Cream and beat well until soft peaks.
- Pour in the blended mango puree and fold in well.
- Do not over mix .
- Refrigerate for an hour.
- Top it with some chopped mango pieces.
- Enjoy the chill mango mousse!
