Maa laadu is one of the easiest ladoos which we could we make in 15 minutes and this ladoo is a healthy snack for kids too.
Preparation time :15 minutes
Yields : 15 ladoos
Ingredients:
- Roasted chana dhal / Pottu kadalai - 1 cup
- Sugar -1/2 cup
- Cardamom - 2
- Ghee - 1/4 cup (approximately)
- Chopped cashews -1 tbsp
Recipe:
- Take roasted chana dhal in a dry mixie.
2.Add sugar to it.
3. Add 2 cardamom to it.
4.Pulse it to a fine powder.
5. In a small pan, add ghee.
6. Add in the chopped cashews.
7. Roast it for few seconds and add this to the powdered mixture.
8. Mix it well with a spoon and round it into small balls when it is warm.
9.Maa laadu is ready.
Notes:
- Adjust the sweetness according to your level.
- If you couldn't make it into balls,you could add little more ghee.
