Banana Chocolate Muffin




Muffins are usually easy to bake and this super moist banana chocolate muffin is one among them. This muffin is so soft in texture and was a hit on the first attempt. I would really recommend this recipe for someone who likes banana in chocolate flavour.

Ingredients:
  • Banana -1
  • Egg -1
  • Warm water - 1/2 cup
  • Milk -1/4 cup
  • Oil - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • All purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 1/3 cup
  • Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Baking soda - 3/4 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped walnuts - 2 tbsp

Recipe:

  1. Mash banana with a fork.
  2. Add egg to it and beat well.
  3. Add warm water,milk,oil,vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. Take all the dry ingredients ( all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda,baking powder,salt ) in a bowl.
  5. Mix well and add it to the wet ingredients.
  6. Butter and the dust the muffin tray with flour or use muffin paper liners 
  7. Fill the muffin tray and top it with some chopped walnuts.
  8. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius and bake it for around 15- 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
