Muffins are usually easy to bake and this super moist banana chocolate muffin is one among them. This muffin is so soft in texture and was a hit on the first attempt. I would really recommend this recipe for someone who likes banana in chocolate flavour.

Ingredients:
- Banana -1
- Egg -1
- Warm water - 1/2 cup
- Milk -1/4 cup
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 cup
- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Cocoa powder - 1/3 cup
- Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- Baking soda - 3/4 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Chopped walnuts - 2 tbsp
- Mash banana with a fork.
- Add egg to it and beat well.
- Add warm water,milk,oil,vanilla essence and mix well.
- Take all the dry ingredients ( all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda,baking powder,salt ) in a bowl.
- Mix well and add it to the wet ingredients.
- Butter and the dust the muffin tray with flour or use muffin paper liners
- Fill the muffin tray and top it with some chopped walnuts.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius and bake it for around 15- 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
