Broccoli is rich in vitamins, iron, magnesium, potassium and even zinc too. But some people don't like to eat it as a stir fry.For them, it is a must try soup and I am sure that they will start liking broccoli from then on.It tastes great when had with a butter toasted hot bread.

Serves:3
Ingredients:
- Broccoli -1 ( 500 gm)
- Onion - 1( medium size)
- Chopped ginger garlic -1 tbsp
- Milk - 1 cup
Recipe:
1.In a cooker, add little oil or butter and saute the roughly chopped onions.
2. Add in the chopped ginger garlic.
3. Saute it for few seconds until the raw smell leaves.Now add the chopped broccoli.
4.Add little water(around 1/2 cup) and salt.Cook it for 1 or 2 whistles.
5.Once it's cooked, add milk to it.
6.After it is cooled down ,grind it to smooth paste.
7. Add salt and pepper and serve it hot with butter toasted bread.
Yummy Broccoli soup is ready!
Notes:
- For additional taste and thickness, you could use potatoes with broccoli.
