Banana Muffin


Banana muffin is one of the easiest muffin which i do quite often for packing my kid's snack box.This vegan banana muffin is all time favourite for everyone at  our home.

Ingredients :
  • All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder -1/2 tsp
  • Banana -2
  • Oil -1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped walnuts - 2 tbsp

Recipe:
  • Sieve all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and set aside.
  • Puree the bananas
  • Take oil, sugar, vanilla essence in a bowl
  • Add banana puree to it.
  • Mix  well.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and give a good mix with a spatula.
  • Butter and the dust the muffin tray with flour or use muffin paper liners 
  • Fill the muffin tray and top it with some chopped walnuts.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius and bake it for around 15- 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

These banana muffins can be stored at room temperature for 2 days.
